I was all but ready to pull the trigger and pick up my first Rolex but remembered . You must remove the bezel, remove the insert and then snap it in in the right position. Press the bezel back on the case. Your watchmaker / AD should be able to do this.After a few weeks noticed that the bezel was not aligned and was off by about half a click. Decided to take it back to the AD to have them address it and didn't go as expected. Took a lot . noticed that one of my Subc's bezel is slightly misaligned not to the 12hr mark. just brought it in to rolex service centre - is it normal for them to require 2 to 3 days to make that .

Upon handling and inspecting it I noticed the triangle marker on the bezel was a slight bit off from the 12 marker. My SD used to have a misaligned bezel when I got it. The problem with the 120 click design is that you rotate the bezel in one direction until it clicks, but by the time it clicks there's enough backlash in the ratchet that it can still .

When I got home, I realized the bezel was slightly misaligned to the left by 0.1 minute. (0.2 bezel click). I tried to live it with it at first but my OCD eventually won and decided to send it in. Bezel insert is slightly out of line, simple fix for any watchmaker that knows Rolex 👍
